World-renowned harpist, Marcia Dickstein has been enticing new audiences to harp in chamber music and solo with orchestra, and inspiring composers to write new works for harp in classical and jazz genres, for many years. Founder/Artistic Director of The Debussy Trio, she has performed worldwide, in the United States, Canada, Europe, Scandinavia, and Japan, over NPR radio, PBS, and numerous TV channels.
Violist David Walther joined The Debussy Trio in 1999, having received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Southern California. Since then, he has performed and recorded with The Debussy Trio throughout the world.
Angela Weigand is a member of the LA Opera Orchestra, and is principal flutist with the Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra. A founding member of The Debussy Trio, she has also played chamber music with the LA Grand Ensemble, Le Salon de Musiques, Camerata Pacifica, XTET, Enlightenment Music Series, Muse/ique and the SBCO Chamber Players and performed at the Ojai Music Festival and Ventura Chamber Music Festival.
